RemoveSVNPaths

newPathList = RemoveSVNPaths(pathList)
Removes any .svn paths from the pathList. If no pathList is specified,
then the program sets pathList to the result of the 'path' command. This
function returns a 'pathsep' delimited list of paths omitting the .svn
paths.
