function SaveMovieFrames(framenr,filmname,filmdir,outdir):

loads a GUI in which movie FILMNAME in FILMDIR can be played and seeked
through. Movie is opened on frame FRAMENR. Screenshots of frames can be
saved as png in OUTDIR by pressing the save button.
